We have previously proposed a concept using a ferroelectric-gate transistor (FeFET) to implement reservoir computing for effcient tranining and analyzing time-series data. In this work, we report the improvement of high-dimonsional transformation of FeFET by reading out drain current, source current, and substrate current from 4-terminal FeFET. We also report the task performance for predicting the second-order nonlinear dynamical sequence using this improved FeFET-based reservoir computing system.
