X-ray phase imaging enables high contrast imaging of polymeric materials and biological soft tissues. In particular, the method using a transmission grating is expected to be applied to many fields because it allows the use of a laboratory X-ray source. In this study, we have developed a pixel super-resolution technique using a triangular phase grating as a new approach to obtain high-resolution X-ray phase images. Since our can observe a large-field view, it is expected to be positioned as an imaging device in an area different from that of conventional X-ray microscopy.
