A magnetic response sheet was prepared by blending with a carbonized microalgae residue, a conductive polymer, and pulp into a sheet. Carbonized microalgae are in bulk form. They have low processability by themselves. Therefore, by prepraring carbonized microalgae to a sheet, it has both strength and flexibility, and workability is improved. Since the carbonized microalgae residue has ferromagnetism, the sheet can be applied to an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet.
