[25p-D315-8] Generation of ultrabroadband coherent infrared pulses using intense ultrashort pulses produced by multi-plate compression

Using multiplate compression, we produced intense ultrashort optical pulses with a spectral range of 670-930 nm. we employed the pulse and its second harmonic for the generation of ultrabroadband coherent infrared pulses. As a result, we realized the generation of infrared pulses with a bandwidth exceeding 200 THz. The throughput of the pulse compression was improved by two times over the case of the hollow fiber compression.
