Keywords:high-intensity terahertz emitter, magnetic thin film, spin Hall effect

Spintronic terahertz emitters (STE), which consist of thin films of magnetic and nonmagnetic materials excited by a femtosecond light pulse laser, are promising light sources that are on the order of nanometers in thickness but exhibit intensity comparable to that of ZnTe and other materials. In this presentation, we report the successful enhancement of the THz wave radiation intensity of STE by reflecting the backward generated THz wave radiation using ITO film and positively superimposing the THz waveform.
