Recently, magnets with multiple magnetic interactions, such as ferrimagnets, have been attracting much attentions for spintronics. We investigate ferromagnetic metal Cr1+δTe2 which has been known to be stable with various stoichiometry as a suitable candidate whose magnetic interactions and emergent magnetism can be tuned by δ. In this talk, a method to tune δ with using MBE technique and the magnetic evolution will be presented.
