私たちのグループは京都府立医科大学にて新興ウイルス研究を推進すると共に附属病院における新型コロナウイルス診断をサポートしてきた経緯がある。そこでこれまでの経験を踏まえ、新型コロナウイルスを例として、臨床現場において現在必要とされているウイルスセンシングのニーズとウイルスーレセプター分子間の相互作用について得られた最新知見を紹介する。
