[15p-A410-8] Rapid Testing Method for Infectious Diseases Using AI Nanopores

Masateru Taniguchi1 (1.SANKEN, Osaka Univ.)

Keywords:nanopore, AI, infectious diseases

Nanopores are cost-effective digital platforms that can rapidly detect and identify biomolecules with high accuracy at the single-molecule level via changes in the ionic currents flowing through their through-holes whose diameters are several nanometers or more. The AI Nanopore platform enables the development of virus testing devices, bacterial testing devices, and protein marker devices by changing the sensor modules according to the virus, bacteria, or protein marker to be measured and using artificial intelligence to learn the respective measurement data.
