[15p-A410-9] Prospects for Social Implementation of Graphene FET Sensor

Masahiko Kimura1, Kazuhiko Matsumoto2 (1.Murata Mfg Co., Ltd., 2.SANKEN, Osaka Univ.)

Keywords:Graphene, FET Sensor, virus detection

We are working on the development of a convenient, rapid, and highly sensitive FET (Field Effect Transistor) virus sensor using the two-dimensional material graphene. In this presentation, I will discuss social implementation of graphene FET we are aiming for and steps toward this goal.
