For the understanding of chemical reactions and the development of pharmaceuticals, methods to evaluate intermolecular interactions at the single molecule level are desirable. Single-molecule measurement is attracting attention as a method for evaluating intermolecular interactions. In this study, we aimed to develop a method to directly measure the affinity between molecules using single molecule measurement. Our developed method using of single-molecule measurement and Positive and Unlabeled data Classification (PUC), which is one of machine learning methods, reveals 72% of guanine-recognizing molecule aggregate with guanine. We have succeeded developing method to evaluate single-molecule interactions.
