[15p-PA01-5] Remanent magnetic domain dependent spin-orbit torques in L10-FePt-C granular media

While the spin-orbit torques (SOTs) are investigated in the layered structures, the domain structure dependences and/or the amount of SOT in the granular films are not investigated to date. The present study is intended to fabricate the thinner L10-FePt-C granular/Pt heterostructures, then to evaluate the SOTs in the various domain structures via second harmonic measurements.The amount of field-like effective fieds (HT) was much smaller than that of damping-like effective fields (HL), and note that the HL and HT increased with decreasing remenent magnetization. The maximum value was approximately half size for the β-W/CoFeB heterostructures.
