本講演では，酸化グラフェンを用いたSiアシストエッチングにおいて負バイアスを同時に印加させることによる新たなエッチング手法を報告する．今回は従来のHF+H₂O₂系ではなく，より高速なエッチングが可能であるHF+HNO₃系を用いた．この手法は形成されるマクロポアの深さの増加，そしてマクロポア周辺のマイクロポーラス層の形成の抑制を可能にし，より高均一性のあるSiナノ構造体を作製することが可能である．
