Monitoring the ions in saliva is expected to be useful for early diagnosis. In this study, we focused on ion-selective-electrodes to measure the ion concentration and integrated into micro fluidic device. For ion-selective-electrodes and reference electrodes, all-solid-state electrodes were used. All-solid-state electrodes allow to reduce the size of the device. Fluidic device was connected to syringe pump, and sample solution were introduced. The potential response of ion sensors was measured.
