Keywords:Rubber-based resist, Multi-ion image sensor, Simultaneous visualization

In this study, we fabricated a 16 µm pitch high-resolution multi-ion image sensor with a K+-sensitive membrane patterned on a potentiometric array sensor using a rubber-based negative resist as a matrix material, and the detection performance was investigated. The fabricated image sensor exhibited good sensitivity with reasonable selectivity. Additionally, in the measurement experiment with drug stimulation using mouse brain tissue, we successfully visualized extracellular K+ and H+ distributions in the hippocampus, and simultaneous visualization was first demonstrated.
