F0llowing “ Study on Seismic Design for Underground Transmission Facilities (Part2)”,the evaluation method when the ground liquefied was systematized in electric technology research.

In this paper, we report the liquefaction determination method for seismic design of the underground transmission facilities, the method of estimating floating or sinking of pipeline during liquefaction, and the possibility of omitting the examination of the pipeline.
