トンネル建設工事では，数多くの工事管理書類を作成し，その品質・出来形を確保してきた．しかしながら，その一方では確実に基準を満足するような項目もあることから，現場では業務の効率化・省力化・平準化が求められている．このような動向を踏まえ，試験頻度や立合い頻度等の軽減および書類の簡素化に関する検討を行ったものである．
