ROSはロボットのコンポーネント指向開発に有益な技術であるが，利用にはLinuxやソフトウェア開発の知識が必要なので，機械技術者には利用の敷居が高かった．本発表では，機械系学生に対して実施した導入教育における学生の反応について述べる．
