公益財団法人日本漢字能力検定協会が2020年に企業研修担当者を対象に行った調査では、ビジネスにおいて文章力は「重要である」との回答が大半を占めていた。本稿では、社会人の文章力の測定結果及び企業から寄せられた技術者に対する文章力の課題を報告する。
