名古屋工業大学ダイバーシティ推進センターは、2020年度に女子中高生に向けて工学分野の女性ロールモデルを提示し、工学の幅広い魅力を伝える目的で、オンラインイベント「女性が拓く工学の未来」を開催した。その実践と今後の課題について報告する。
