製造現場で働く技能職のマネジメント職向けに対し,ダイバーシティ研修を開催し, D&Iの重要性,技能職女性のキャリア形成,アンコンシャスバイアスの払拭について意識啓発する事に力点を置いた.その上で技能職女性向けに「女性活躍推進ワーキング」を行った.
