学生が自由にテーマ設定を行い，主体的に活動する「理工学基礎プロジェクト」を運営しており，ビジネス現場で用いられているプロジェクト・マネジメント体系を導入している．講演では，学生の取り組み姿勢を評価する指標「社会人基礎力」に対する意識調査の結果について報告する．
