Two Japanese national women’s universities will start a Faculty of Engineering soon. So, the Diversity Research Group in JSEE proposed Organized Session (OS) “A new diverse society created by female students in engineering” in the 70th JSEE Annual Meeting. This paper proposes the discussion “Why Female Students in Engineering is expected?” form the Engineering Education and Enterprise points of view.
