Micron Memory Japan is a semiconductor memory company which develops and produces an important category of semiconductor memory, Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM). Micron Memory Japan is belonging to Micron Technology Inc. in U.S., a global leading company of semiconductor memory solutions. Diversity, Equality and Inclusion is an important strategy of all Micron Group. This paper shows the significance and necessity of Gender Diversity, as well as all Diversity categories, and measures to promote them in Micron. Also our expectation is also mentioned for the increase in the number of female students who study STEM and participate industries as their professions.
