As support for non-regular workers, unemployed persons, etc., a "Life Career Fostering and Employment Support Program for Those Who Want to Acquire IT Skills" was implemented over a period of four months. This report introduces the IT skills development program and presents the results of an analysis of the participants' level of understanding of the program.
