将来の災害リスクに配慮した防災の意思決定を支援するため，フューチャー・デザインを活用した教育手法を開発した．調査対象者に現在世代，将来世代，中立的な立場の各々で重視する災害リスクを順に選択させた結果，将来世代では長期的なリスクが重視された．
