In general, visual aids are used in conjunction with background, objectives, and theory teaching. Therefore, the overall effectiveness is emphasized, and the supplementary materials alone have not been evaluated. Therefore, we measured the educational effects of using "Wake Up!" as a stand-alone teaching aid, and clarified its effects on well-being and good work.
