We introduced the contents of the original design training conducted in the past 21 years, and confirmed the necessity of a paradigm shift in education from the experiences. Based on the results of this training education, the problems of engineering education in the current faculty were confirmed, and the education paradigm should be reformed considering the social progress, technological development and changes in the current learning environment.
