In this paper, it provides an answer to the simple question from the viewpoint of the stake folder within Solar-car Race Suzuka. They will be given from an analysis of the results in Solar-car Race Suzuka and/or the archives of the eco-car project team of NIT(KOSEN), Suzuka college which only team has been the perfect attendance for 30 years.
