Presentation guidelines
* Please refer to the "6. Presentation Guidelines" in the file obtained through the Gaidance" button under "Guidance / Schedule / Abstract" for information on where to update your presentation file and the format of the file name.
Mini Symposium:
- The allotted time for a mini symposium is 100 minutes per slot. The organizers will manage and facilitate the symposium.
- Even for presentations in a mini symposium only, please register and apply for participation through the website.
- If a speaker is participating at the on-site venue, they will give their presentation using a computer prepared by the organizing committee. Presentation slides should be converted to PDF format in advance and uploaded using the specified method. Details about the upload process will be announced later. A microphone is available.
- If a speaker is participating online, they should connect their computer to Zoom and give their presentation. Details about the connection method, including an online test, will be announced later.
General Presentation:
- The presentation time is 20 minutes, including the presentation and Q&A session (15 minutes for the presentation, 5 minutes for Q&A). Please strictly adhere to the time schedule.
- If a speaker is participating at the on-site venue, they will give their presentation using a computer prepared by the organizing committee. Presentation slides should be converted to PDF format in advance and uploaded using the specified method. Details about the upload process will be announced later. A microphone is available.
- If a speaker is participating online, they should connect their computer to Zoom and give their presentation. Details about the connection method, including an online test, will be announced later.
- The session chairperson will be selected in advance by the organizing committee from among the speakers in each session. If, for any reason, the chairperson is absent, the speakers present in the venue should proceed with the session without waiting for his/her arrival.
Poster Presentation:
- Posters will be displayed both at the on-site venue and through PDF file uploads. Details about the upload method will be announced later. Note that the presentation can only be conducted at the on-site venue during the conference period. Please be aware of this.
- The size of the poster board at the on-site poster venue is 86cm wide and 170cm tall. Posters should be attached using masking tape, which will be provided at the venue.
- The core time for poster presentations is from 10:40 to 12:20 on September 5th. Poster presenters should give their presentations at their assigned poster boards.
- Posters can be displayed starting from September 4th. Please make sure to have your poster displayed before the core time on September 5th.
- Please remove your poster by 13:00 on September 6th. Posters that are not removed by the deadline may be disposed of.
