May 12, 2023 (Friday) - Deadline for submitting symposium proposals.

June 30, 2023 (Friday) - Deadline for early registration. 

July 21, 2023 (Friday) - Deadline for submitting presentation applications and summaries.

August 25, 2023 (Friday) - Deadline for online registration and payment of participation fees.*

*Please note that payment of the registration fee after August 26 will be accepted in cash only on the day of the event. If you wish to participate online only, please make sure to pay the registration fee by this date.

Please also note that the registration fee on the day of the event will be 10,000 yen for general attendees (members/non-members) and 5,000 yen for students (members/non-members).
