Non-sports persons from the age group of 17 years to 23 years equally divided into the 15 each experimental and control group. Static flexibility test - ankle, Static flexibility test- hip & trunk used for pre-test were conducted on both the groups prior after implemented Recreational Approach of Dynamic Stretching Routine Program (DSRP) conducted post test obtained collected data was analyzed by using independent sample t-test. Result Recreational Approach of Dynamic Stretching Routine Program (DSRP) was significantly effective to improve Muscular preparation and flexibility of Non Sports persons. This shows the significant effect at 0.05 level wherein study concluded that there was significant improvement on Muscular Preparation and Flexibility performance of experimental group as compared to control group due to the Recreational Approach of Dynamic Stretching Routine Program (DSRP).
