Early-bird Registration Deadline: September 30, 2017

Registration Fees
Regular:
Early-bird (Due: September 30, 2017) 50,000 JPY
Late/On-Site 60,000 JPY
Student:
Early-bird (Due: September 30, 2017) 10,000 JPY
Late/On-Site 12,000 JPY
Accompanying person 10,000 JPY
- Regular registration includes attendance at all Technical Sessions, Conference party and the publication fee for the Journal of JSPM.
- Student registration includes attendance at all Technical Sessions, and the publication fee for the Journal of JSPM. If student would like to join the Conference party, they could buy a ticket (10,000 JPY) by online or onsite registration. Student status is confirmed by the certificate. Please upload a copy of the student identification card through the online registration system.
- Accompanying person registration is limited to FAMILY MEMBER ONLY and includes attendance at the Conference party.
- All participants are advised to pre-register to ensure admission to the conference.
Payment Method
Payment must be made in Japanese yen.
* If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office.
* Receipt will be provided at the conference site.
* Please note that the payment method for onsite-registration will be cash and credit card ONLY.

* Any bank charges should be borne by the applicants.
* If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us of
the name of each participant.
Payment Confirmation
If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Payment Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
Please print out the Payment Confirmation e-mail and present at the registration desk to receive the conference materials and a printed receipt.
Visa Support
Overseas participants must have a valid passport. Visas are required for citizens of countries that do not have visa-exempt agreements with Japan <Reference: http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/short/novisa.html>. Please contact the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate for visa requirements.
If you should require any assistance in preparing supporting documents for the visa application,
please apply at the time of online registration.
Please note that all the documents will be issued in early August (three months before the Conference.) since the validity of a visa is three months.
Cancellation
If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the conference. If the refund is made by bank transfer, bank transfer fee will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.
