Guidelines for Chairs/Presenters
For Chairs
►Please come to the session room and be seated at Next Chair's Seat in the front row 15 minutes before the start of your session.►Please start the session at the appointed time.
For Presenters
1. Presentation TimeEducation Lecture/Symposium: as informed in advance
Workshop:20min（presentation time:15min/ Q&A:5min ）
Oral:15min（presentation time:12min/ Q&A:3min ）

3. PC Preview/Presentation Data
►The PCs provided will be equipped with the followings:
OS : Windows 10
Application: Windows PowerPoint 2019
Projector's Resolution: XGA（1024×768）
※Please bring your own PC if you use Macintosh.
►Please check your presentation data at PC Preview Center 30 minutes prior to the start of your session.
◆For Presenters using Removable Media
►Presentation data must be in Windows PowerPoint and can only be accepted on CD-R, DVD-R or USB flash memory (CD-RW or DVD-RW cannot be accepted).
►The title of your presentation file should be “your presentation code + your name”. e.g.: W-1-01_XXXX.ppt or W-1-01_XXXX.pptx
※Your presentation code will be sent to you by e-mail in early October.
►OS-standard fonts are recommended such as;
【English】 Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier, Courier New, Georgia, Times New Roman
►To avoid the possible spread of computer viruses, always scan your presentation files beforehand with updated anti-virus software.►Please note that you cannot use PowerPoint' Presenter View function.
►Any copies of your presentation data which the Secretariat has received will be deleted after the meeting.

◆For Presenters using Your Own PC
►Please bring backup data in case of unexpected accidents on CD-R, DVD-R or USB flash memory.
►Please bring your own PC if you use Macintosh.
►D-sub15-pin or HDMI connector is needed to connect to the projector. If your PC doesn’t provide the connectors above, please bring your own adapter for your PC as well as power cables.
*Any other connectors such as Mini DisplayPort, Mini HDMI or Micro HDMI cannot be accepted.
►Please disable screensaver, power-saving feature, password or hot corner on your PC.
►Please note that you cannot use PowerPoint’s Presenter View function.
4.Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI)
►COI disclosure is required at both oral and poster presentation.
►Please report any conflict of interest (COI) in your presentation date.

For Poster Presenters
1.Presentation Time►Presentation Style: Free Discussion Style
►Presenters are requested to be at the front of the poster panel during discussion time. Please make sure to be present by more than 5 min. before the discussion.
2. Presentation Language
English or Japanese
3.Poster Award
The Poster Award will be elected and post on our website after the meeting.

5.Poster Size
►Poster mounting area is H190cm×W90cm.
►Please prepare a slip with title, name(s) of author(s), and affiliation(s) with the size of H20cm × W70cm.
►Poster No. and Pins will be prepared along with a panel.

►COI disclosure is required at both oral and poster presentation.
►Please report any conflict of interest (COI) in your poster.
