*1. Only student members of the Japanese Society for Virology are eligible. Students who do not belong to the Japanese Society for Virology are “Non-JSV members”.

※ The JSV membership number is required for abstract submission. 
Please put “007-999-9999” if you are in the process of joining the JSV membership.
 

The 67th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Virology will offer an official JSV meeting application, which will allow participants to look up presentations and manage their own schedules.
The JSV meeting app will be available on iOS, Android as well as on the internet.

* The ID and the password for using Online Presentation Search System will be sent to your registered e-mail address prior to the meeting. 
*We will not prepare an abstract book, but a program book will be provided to participants.


 

Payment of the pre-registration fee should be made by credit card or bank transfer.
No refunds will be made after you complete your registration and payment.

◆Bank Transfer

Please remit your registration fee after receiving a registration confirmation e-mail. 
1) Bank Account: will be mentioned in the confirmation e-mail (Only Japanese）
2) Name of Sender: Registration No (mentioned in the confirmation e-mail) and Registrant’s Name.
3) Please transfer within 2 weeks after completing registration.
►Handling fees for bank transfer should be covered by the remitter.
►It is also possible to change to credit card payment from "My Page".
►Registration will not be completed without payment. Your registration will be cancelled if payment is not confirmed by deadline.

►[Resident in Japan]
Your name badge ,which Includes an Online Presentation Search System ID/PW (only those who paid for it) ,will be sent to the registered mailing address before the meeting. Please bring them to the meeting.

►[Non-resident in Japan]
Your name badge (only those who paid for it) will be given at the meeting venue. Please come to the registration desk with your registration ID.
An Online Presentation Search System ID/PW (only those who paid for it) will be sent to the registered e-mail address before the meeting. 

►Name badges issued at the registration desk must be worn for admittance to all sessions. Name budges will not be re-issued.

We do not offer any accommodations, please make reservations by yourself. The Rugby World Cup 2019 will be held from September 20 to November 2, 2019. We recommend you to book early.
