山間部に存在する坑廃水処理施設では、坑廃水の水量・水質把握や処理施設の運転管理のための操業コストが負担となっている。少子高齢化、働き手の不足をカバーするためにも、水量・水質等に関する無給電かつ長距離での遠隔監視システムの導入が重要である。本研究では、5箇所のモデル鉱山を対象に、水量、水質、温度等の坑廃水処理施設の運転管理に資する点検項目について、遠隔監視の実証試験を実施したので報告する。
