Registration for Small Sessions
The organizer of a small meeting must be a member of both societyies (ESJ or JAEZ).
Speakers of Small Sessions must be conference participants (excluding non-member invited speakers).
For group organizers who wish to organize a small meeting
Please send an e-mail ( 2024esj.jaez.goudou@grp.tohoku.ac.jp ) to the conference secretariat with the following items (1) to (5) listed below and the subject line "Application for Small Group Meeting". Please note that applications cannot be submitted via the conference website or the registration site. The registration period is from Friday, December 1st, 2023 to Monday, December 18, 2023 at 17:00. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Among 3 days, 21 small session would be held.
If you have not received an e-mail notification and have registered online, the Congress Secretariat will contact you to confirm your registration.

(2) Desired date of the meeting (specify 3/29, 30 or 31)
(3) Name of the speaker(s) (specify member or non-member)
(4) Estimated number of participants
(5) Organizers and their contact information
For Small Meeting Speakers
(1) Please enter the name of the meeting when you register on the web.
(2) Abstracts should be submitted through the registration site.
(3) Abstract writing, submission method and period are the same as those for general presentations.
(4) For non-members: If you only participate in the small meeting, you need no registration fee. When registering, please select 4. Non-Member (invited speaker at workshops). If you wish to participate in other events at the conference, a registration fee will be required. Please select 3. Non-Member.
The allotted time for each sub-session is 1 hour and 30 minutes (please be punctual).
The organizer of the small meeting is requested to provide a personal computer and a laser pointer.
LCD projectors and connection cables are available at each venue.
Remote presentations are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation.
