[G-29] 本土で採集された南方系寄生バチMelittobia sosuiの侵入経路

Many species have been reported to be expanding their distribution to higher latitudes due to global warming. Melittobia sosui, a parasitoid wasp to solitary bees and wasps, has been recorded only from the Nansei Islands and Taiwan, but has recently been collected regularly in Shizuoka and Kanagawa. To determine whether these Honshu population expanded its distribution from the Nansei Islands, we analyzed the origin of the species using molecular genetic markers, using individuals collected on Iriomote Island, Ishigaki Island, Okinawa Island, Shizuoka, and Kanagawa since 2008. Microsatellite DNA markers were developed and analyzed, and the results were clearly divided into two clusters: the Ryukyu group from Iriomote Island, Ishigaki Island, and Okinawa Island, and the Honshu group from Shizuoka and Kanagawa. However, the Ryukyu Group and the Honshu Group each had several different unique alleles, making it unlikely that the Honshu Group was derived from the Ryukyu Group. The Honshu Group may have expanded its distribution from areas where the genus has rarely been studied.
