[S46] The symposium organized by Division of Pharmaceutical Health Sciences and Environmental Toxicology-Biological impact of nanomaterials: past, present, and future

Mon. Mar 27, 2023 1:50 PM - 3:50 PM [Room G1] Conference Hall (2F)

Organizer: Daisuke Matsumaru, Yu-Ki Tanaka

We are unexpectedly exposed to a variety of chemicals in our daily lives. In the past, there were health concerns of nano-sized chemicals, termed as nanomaterials, originating from automobile exhaust and daily necessaries such as deodorant sprays and sunscreens. Have such concerns been addressed by fully clarifying the interactions between organisms and nanomaterials? The evaluation of chemical, physical and biological properties of nanomaterials is the important task for the field of the pharmaceutical sciences, especially environmental health science and toxicology. In this symposium, each symposiast will introduce the recent progress on the study of nanomaterials in the point of view of biology, toxicology, food chemistry and analytical chemistry. Based on the recent experimental data, we will discuss the biological impact of nanomaterials and future regulations of nanomaterials for the contribution to regulatory sciences.

オーガナイザー挨拶:松丸 大輔(岐阜薬大) (1:50 PM - 1:52 PM)

総括:田中 佑樹(千葉大院薬) (3:48 PM - 3:50 PM)
