In this work, we designed a 9-input BCOC circuit. It consists of 1528 JJs and the reference current size is 187.837 mA.The overall energy efficiency can be improved by more than 2 times than CMOS circuit and SFQ-digital circuit. We design the TD-AMS BCOC using a 10 kA/cm2 Nb advanced process 2 (ADP2)
