大会期間は，京都の観光シーズンと重なるため，ホテル等の宿泊施設が非常に混雑することが予想されます。参加者の皆様には，宿泊先を早期に確保することをお勧めします。
During the conference period, it coincides with Kyoto's tourist season, so accommodations are expected to be extremely busy. We recommend that all participants secure their accommodations early.
