Test Meeting of Zoom or Webex

SSJ provides opportunities to test the Zoom or Webex online tools before the Fall Meeting. All meeting participants, including presenters and session chairs, are strongly encouraged to test the access and learn the operation of the online tools.
  • Test Meeting of Zoom
Period 1: From October 19 (Mon.) to October 25 (Sun.) 9:30-17:00
Administrators (hosts) open and close the meeting but do not attend the meeting through all the day. The online service is provided on a first-come first-serve basis and please share with other test users.
Period 2: From October 26 (Mon.) to October 28 (Wed.) 9:00-17:30
An assistant is available to test the sound, screen, and operation of online tools during 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00.
At 13:30-15:00 of October 26 (Mon.), a meeting for session chairs will be held, and therefore, you cannot test to speak or share the screen (access is welcome).

From October 26 (Mon.) to October 28 (Wed.) 9:00-17:30
