[1E12] Determination of the conversion coefficients from air kerma to dose equivalents at the depth of 3 mm for X-ray reference fields

The conversion coefficients from air kerma to dose equivalents at the depth of 3 mm, H(3), were derived in order to enable calibration and testing in units of H(3) in the X-ray reference fields specified in ISO4037-1, JIS Z 4511 and IEC 61267. The conversion coefficients were obtained based on the conversion coefficients of mono-energetic photons obtained by a simulation method and the energy spectrum with measurements or calculations.
