[1K04] Discussion of some problems of HCR/ORE method

In human reliability analysis (HRA), THERP method has been used. A new HRA method, EPRI method is recently proposed, which uses the HCR/ORE method for cognition. In this presentation, some problems of HCR/ORE method are shown by comparing human error probabilities (HEPs) evaluated by the HCR/ORE method and THERP method.
