Keywords:PHITS, particle transport simulation code, systematic uncertaity, ANOVA

PHITS based on the Monte Carlo method has been used for many purposes such as radiation shielding in accelerator facilities. To confirm the reliability of results obtained by PHITS, not only statistical uncertainty related to the number of trials but also systematic one attributed to inaccuracy of nuclear reaction model are desired.
We developed a method to estimate the influence of the inaccuracy on the PHITS result. However, it is assumed that the statistical uncertainty is negligible in the method. When the statistical uncertainty is large, the statistical significance or convergence of the result estimated by the method is not clear.
In this study, we will discuss the judgment of the significance or the convergence of the estimated systematic uncertainty by ANOVA (ANalysis Of VAriance).
