It has been indicated by the decommissioning specialists that the requirement on the radiation resistance of the electronic devises is rather severe in the case that the maintenance of the equipment take into account. For the improvement of the radiation resistance, remotely operated vibration sensors with discrete semiconductor devices have been developed. The electronic circuits and the performance of the sensing system in the irradiation field are reported. The system is going to be used for sound velocity distribution measurement in the damaged reactor components for the integrity assessment after the Fukushima-Daiichi accident. Feasibility for the strength change estimation of concrete components is discussed. For the further improvement, development of the miniaturized electronic tube has been also conducted.
