[3F12] Study on degradation scenario for an accident-damaged reactor building and its reflection on the long-term maintenance plan
Keywords:Accident-damaged Reactor, Reinforced Concrete Structure, Degradation, Inspection, Long-term Maintenance Plan
For the safe and steady decommissioning of an accident-damaged nuclear power plant, it is essential to establish an appropriate long-term maintenance plan for the reactor building. To realize this, it is necessary to categorize the environmental conditions in which the reactor building is located. In addition, we study the concept of inspection of the reactor building by referring to the maintenance standards for reactor buildings and general reinforced concrete structures, etc. Then we investigate a method of measuring or estimating the environments, predicting degradation growth with the identified environment to specify a method of inspection intervals, and predicting an initial state of the reactor building just after the accident, then propose how to reflect them in the long-term maintenance plan.
