GALA DINNER

・The gala dinner is sold out at pre-registration.
・The gala dinner will take place at Room “Sanraku,” Tower Wing 2nd floor, Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka, next to the conference site.
・Smart casual / informal style is recommended.
・Reception for the gala dinner will open at 18:30 in front of the dinner venue.
・The participants who registered for the gala dinner will receive the name badge indicating their registration at the conference reception. Please present your name badge upon entrance to the gala dinner venue.
・Those who chose other than Regular meals and/or reported to have allergies will be assigned a designated seat/table at the reception.
