Welcome Reception, Lunch & Coffee Break
・Registration fee includes the followings:
- Welcome reception on May 7
- Lunches on May 8, 9, and 10
- Coffee breaks for each day of the conference
WELCOME RECEPTION
May 7, Tuesday, 18:00-19:00
・Welcome reception will be held at the 12F Conference Hall, Osaka International Convention Center.
・Light meals will be served in a buffet style. Meals for those having dietary restrictions will also be served.
LUNCH
・Lunch box will be served at the 12F Foyer next to the Conference Hall on May 8, 9, and 10.
・You can eat on either 10F or 12F. Do not eat on 11F.
・Special lunch box for those having dietary restrictions (equivalent to vegetarian lunch) will be served with information on ingredients. Note that we can serve a limited quantity of special lunch for those who have requested in advance on registration.
COFFEE BREAKS
・Hot coffee, hot tea, and cold water will be served in a self-service style at the Foyer on 10F and 12F.
