Reception Information
We employ a QR code registration system to ensure efficient participant management and smooth registration. All participants who have already paid the registration fee must present their QR code at the registration desk for check-in.
How to Check-in:
- After completing the registration fee payment, log in to your registered Confit account to display your QR code for participation on the Registration My Page. The QR code will be displayed starting May 1.
- At the registration desk, please present your QR code. If using your smartphone, ensure the screen is bright for smooth scanning. Alternatively, you may bring a printed copy of the QR code.
- Staff will scan the QR code and verify your pre-registered information.
- You will receive a badge (printed name card), a badge holder, and a congress kit from the staff. Entry to the venue is not permitted without your badge, so please ensure you always bring it with you during the conference.
Please Note:
If you have not pre-registered and wish to register on-site during the conference, please inquire at the registration desk.
If you have registered for the Gala Dinner, please remember to bring your badge to the Gala Dinner venue.
