[R4P-01] Observation of pH distribution during the formation of CaCO₃ in gel media

pH distribution during calcium carbonate formation in counter diffusion system was successfully visualized by using fluorescent probes. At the location where different morphologies of crystals formed, pH and pH gradient during crystallization were also different, which may affect the crystallization mechanism.
